Donations are received and accounted for by Tujali Afya Health Alliance as restricted funds for the approved cancer-continuity programme. Nazareth Hospital remains the clinical partner and provides authorised clinical services through the agreed pathway.
Support is subject to programme eligibility and available funds. Screening does not by itself constitute a cancer diagnosis. Patient dignity and confidentiality will be protected.
